The vast mountain range of Shirakami Sanchi, which spans Aomori and Akita prefectures, is home to an untouched beech forest that preserves a precious ecosystem.
Would you like to learn about the environment while experiencing this unique natural setting?
We will also conduct a hands-on beech tree planting activity.
Terms of Application
・Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join this activity.
・The maximum number of participants are set. If the number of applicants is over the capacity, the participants will be selected by lottery. The details of the activities will be announced to the winners.
・The event may be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
・Participants are responsible for their own transportation expenses to and from the meeting point.
