“Making Kagoshima Beautiful with Green Tea.”

Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park, one of Japan’s first national parks, is cherished by many hikers for its rich natural scenery. However, in recent years, increased use of hiking trails has led to trail erosion, negatively impacting the surrounding environment and threatening the habitats of rare plants and animals.

In this event, we worked with participants on trail conservation activities to help protect the abundant natural beauty of Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park. Together, we shared the importance of preserving this beautiful natural landscape through ongoing conservation efforts.
