In the rapidly developing city of Yokohama, Sakuragaoka Green Space is a rare woodland nestled quietly in Hodogaya Ward. This precious green space is part of the cliffline forest stretching along the Katabira River and is home to fireflies. Would you like to participate in conservation activities to help preserve this green space?
Terms of Application
・Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join this activity.
・The maximum number of participants are set. If the number of applicants is over the capacity, the participants will be selected by lottery. The details of the activities will be announced to the winners.
・The event may be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
・Participants are responsible for their own transportation expenses to and from the meeting point.
