Now Accepting Applications Yamagata“Maintenance of the Walking Trail to Tamasudare Falls”
Tamasudare Falls is the tallest direct waterfall in Yamagata Prefecture, with a height of 63 meters.
The falls offer breathtaking scenery throughout the four seasons. However, the heavy rain on July 25, 2024, caused damage to the walking trails and surrounding areas.
To preserve the beauty of this iconic Yamagata landmark, we will be conducting restoration and conservation activities. We welcome anyone willing to join us in this effort and lend a helping hand!
Terms of Application
・Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join this activity.
・The maximum number of participants are set. If the number of applicants is over the capacity, the participants will be selected by lottery. The details of the activities will be announced to the winners.
・The event may be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
・Participants are responsible for their own transportation expenses to and from the meeting point.
